I require more flash dress up games. These are the typical drag and drop games where you drag and drop clothes onto a doll or character. There are loads of these games on sites such as www.dressupwho.com or www.dailydressupgames.com.

All in all I require many games but we'll start with 1 and take it from there. I will pick someone based on price as I need a lot of games the price you quote will very much factor in if I choose you or not.

Another important factor is turn around time. The quicker you can churn these out the better.

I need a website similar to wwwdfwinvestorsnet but only more simple. The home page should have the following 5 tabs at the top:

REGISTER/LOGIN-When clicked this should bring up a page for the user to login if he/she wants to list a property or place a classified text ad for property wanted. If he/she hasnt previously registered it should require a valid email address and password. Once he/she has registered it should allow him/her to click on where they want their ad to be seen on either motivated sellers/wholesale sellers/property wanted. If they choose either motivated seller listings or wholesale properties it should allow them to list up to 5 pics via a browse button as well as describe property and give contact info such as email/phone. Registration should NOT be required for users simply wanting to browse property listings etc on the site. Registration should only be required if they want to post a property for sale.

MOTIVATED SELLER PROPERTIES-When clicked should bring up page of properties listed by motivated sellers. This should be a single page and gro longer with addition of each property and NOT become multiple pages. Properties should be shown in order of most recently listed property shown first.

WHOLESALE PROPERTIES-When clicked should bring up page of properties listed by wholesale sellers. Again this should be a single page that grows longer with the addition of each property and not become multiple pages and again properties should be listed with most recent added property being first on page.

PROPERTY WANTED-When clicked should bring up a classified text ads page (no pics)of people wanting properties and again a single page growing longer with the addition of each ad and again with the most recent ad being shown first.

POST/LIST A PROPERTY-This should bring up a page that would allow users (after registering) to post/list either their properties for sale under motivated or wholesale properties or list an ad under properties wanted. It should allow them to add up to 5 pics via a browse button as well as be able to add text to describe property and leave their contact info such as email/phone.

I would then need an admin to compliment the site and that would allow me to add/edit/delete any listing as well as change text on any page of the site and especially the home page. I would also need at least basic SEO. The properties should be able to be mapped via mapquest or Google maps as well.

Please thoroughly review the reference site (wwwdfwinvestorsnet)and re-read this project posting to fully understand what I want done and ask ALL questions prior to bidding as I want to ensure we understand what is to be done.

2] I have recently upgraded Joomla from 1.13 to 1.15. Now getting errors when select link to DocMan component. Need to repair DocMan error and restore links to documents or upgrade DocMan and use plug that automatically restores links to documents or install Remository and recreate links to documents uploaded via DocMan.

3] When site upgraded, created conflicts with access to additional user levels enabled through JACL. Need access restored to four additional non-core Joomla subscriber levels to one specific area of site. Already functioning before upgrade. Have back up of files before upgrade if needed. I would like page that subscribers see in this area to be different than what visitors see. (Already have page built.)

4] When someone registers for workshop through DT Register program, would like them to be automatically assigned as registered users in Joomla core. If workshop fees paid via PayPal, then access automatically enabled to one specific area of site. If they choose pay later option, I will manually enable their access to specific area.

5] Need user list that displays this data:

I am looking for a reliable programmer who can code me a simple, user friendly AIM Chatroom Bot Program. Here are the details below. I need the program to be able to sign on my AIM (AOL Instant Messenger) Ids, (sn:pw) format then each AIM ID joins an AIM chatroom. The only AIM chatrooms are found here, http://chat.aim.com
As you can see, those are the chatrooms on the left hand side. Since there are also "User Created Chats" please allow me to simply add all the chatroom names in a .txt file, "chatrooms.txt" that way i can always add new chatrooms that are created.

Here's the structure of the program:
First AIM ID signs on - > joins the 1st chat from "chatrooms.txt"
Second AIM ID signs on -> joins 2nd chat from "chatrooms.txt"
and so forth.. Let me be able to choose the amount of ID's i'd like to sign on, for instance, if i choose to sign on 75 ids, it signs on 75 ids and it'll join 75 chatrooms. Once the joining chatrooms is complete, every "120" seconds the ID's that are in the chatrooms send 1 message into the chatroom they are in simotanously. So every "120 seconds" all the ID's send 1 message into the chatroom they are in. Let "120 seconds" be adjustable in seconds.

This program should be error free and run continously sending 1 message into the chatroom every # of seconds. For the Message part of the program, simply make a "messages.txt" so I can input my messages there, i will input one message per line in messages.txt and have the program randomize messages, so when it sends a message into the chat it's not always the same message being sent.

I require a demo of the program before the program is complete so there are no misunderstandings of what I need. By having a demo I can not only test the program but advise you on anything that needs to be changed. This will save us both time. Please only bid on this project once you have a full understanding on what needs to be done and you have extensive knowledge of the AIM Protocol. I am willing to pay $350 USD. I am in need of a total debugging or cloning of a script I am using.
It is like a safelist script. MUST have knowledge of safelist type scripts, mass emailing scripts...in php.
Some of the issues include:
Site looks awful in Mozilla
For some users the site never fully loads, not sure why.
Many get a Paypal error while trying to pay, some don't.
This mailer works of codes that are redeemed for mailings and
the codes aren't being sent or provided in the member's back office
as they should be...that type of stuff.
I need this done urgently.

This is not an indepth project.
It should be fairly easy for someone with
any type of php experience. I have a list
of each bug and how to recreate it.
This will not be a pain in the butt. Promise!
